Variance #2235 NEFF, HARRY W III & NANCY A - Requests a Use Variance for relief from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to allow the use of a renovated cabin for gun sales under the Home-Based Business Standards, Article 5.26, approval will allow owner to move an existing gun (retail) sales business and build a new home on an adjacent tract west of the current home & business site.
