Variance #2212 STEIGMEYER, STEVEN A & MARY - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) In a Lake Residential (LR) zoning to allow for a maximum height of 34' from ground to peak, an increase of the UDO required maximum of 20’ for construction of a 40x62 – 2 story garage built into bank. Variance #2213 MILLER, LAVON D & ROSE M - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.30 Kennel Standards) to allow a reduction of the setbacks on the southside to 67’ for the kennel structure, and a 55’ south side setback for the Kennel runs, less the UDO required 250' and for a southside setback of 46' for the exercise yard less the UDO required 200' allowing for an adequate exercise yard for a kennel (12 adult dogs see special exception 534) in the available width of land in a location which is easily accessible and in closer proximity to existing buildings. Variance #2214 ANDERSON, TERRY & JANET - Requests a Development Standards Variance to allow a reduction on the east side yard setback from the UDO required 10% of the lot width (9’) to be at 5’ and to allow a reduction of the UDO required waterside setback of 75’ to be at 68’ to allow an addition of a bedroom, bathroom (east) and a 3-season room (west).
