With the remaining acreage of (approx.) 20.92+/- ac to remain as Production Agricultural (A1). Unified Development Ordinance Amendment - Article 11 – Definition - Lot, Infill: In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-607, the Plan Commission will consider an amendment to the definition of Lot, Infill. The amendment would allow the Zoning Administrator the ability to allow additional development to resemble the use, height, and character of neighboring lots as long as the neighboring lot(s) were not built out by the approval of a variance.
