Rezoning 533 - DIEHM, ROGER & SHELLY In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 9.21) requests to rezone 109.53+/- ac from A1 to A3 to allow for a confined feeding operation. Real estate located in Section 1 of Wayne Township, quadrant 100, parcel 004, 005 and quadrant 400, parcel 002, common location known as 11554 E 1200 N, Wolcottville, IN.
This meeting is being conducted for the purpose of gathering evidence. The full Plan Commission will be the body to make a recommendation on this rezoning to the Board of Commissioners.

This meeting is being conducted in accordance with the Resolution and Order passed by the Noble County Plan Commission at their March 18, 2020 meeting to utilize a Hearing Examiner instead of the full Plan Commission during the current public health emergency. Any objection to a petition will place a hold on the petition and require it to be heard by the full Plan Commission when the current public health emergency is concluded. All announcements of meetings can be found at noblecountyplanning.com and new notice will be provided to interested parties and in the newspapers unless a date is announced at the meeting for the next time the petition will be considered.
