Subdivision #945 William Lloyd & Linda Kay Routsong- In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.16) a request for a 1 lot Major Subdivision of 3.01+/- ac around the existing homestead, to be known as Routsong’s Estate Section II, and to allow relief from the Unified Development Ordinance to waiver from the requirements noted in Section 9.15 D 2 (c, d, e, f, g, h, & i), leaving a remainder of 24.31 +/- Ac. Real estate is located in Section 12 of Allen Township, quadrant 400, parcel 004, commonly known as 2932 E Waits Rd. Kendallville, IN 46755.
