- 3.04 D.2 Non-participating Landowner Setbacks – Additional review with the option to move to public hearing – The motion for no change to the existing non-participating landowner setbacks did not meet a majority vote of 5 members by a 4-2 vote.
- Commissioners’ recommendation of 750’ from a non-participating landowner property line will be reevaluated.
