Rezoning #563 Perry Jay Bontrager - Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.21) to rezone 25.03 +/- ac from A1 (Article 2.03) to RE (Article 2.09) to allow for a 2-lot Major Subdivision #1056. Real estate is located in Section 19 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 100, parcels 009 common location known as East of 5421 W. 900 N. Ligonier, IN.
Subdivision #1056 Perry Jay Bontrager - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.15) requests a 2-lot Major Subdivision; Lot 1 as 8.00 +/- ac and Lot 2 as 17.03 +/-ac to be known as PJB Estate West. Also, requesting waivers to allow Lot 1 to have less than the UDO required road front of 150’ to be at 99.25’, provisions for providing sidewalks, street lighting, proposed addresses for each lot, and 9.15 D2(c-h).
