Special Exception No. 539 SPRUNGER, KERRY G & REN -Requests a Special Exception Use from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance, (Article 2.03) for a permanent accessory dwelling, as permitted by Special Exception in A1 zoning. Request of a 26x24 dwelling with a 4x4 breezeway attached to an existing 40x40 accessory structure, for a total of 1108 sq. ft of living area. Variance No.2225 Sell, Aaron- Requests a Development Standards Variance form the Unified Development Ordinance for relief from Article 2.22 for a less than the required 30’ ROW setback to be at 9’ and to allow less the waterside setback to be at 22’. Variance No.2226 Sell, Aaron-Requests a Use Variance form the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.21 & 5.05 (D) 5.08) To allow the use of a 30x8 (2001) Sportsman Camper in Lake Residential Zoning (LR). Year-round placement for up to five (5) years - Seasonal use - to be able to be closer to Sandra's Father who resides @ 2867 E SR 8 (Gillenwater).
