Variance No.2224BANDOR, THOMAS L & SUSAN K- Requests relief from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for a Use Variance to allow the use of a 1300sf green house as a rental space with no more than 4 events per week, no more than 70 people at any time, Sunday - Thursday no later than 9pm and Friday- Saturday no later than 11pm. With similar businesses closing or closed in the area, landowner believes there is a need for the use and if approved it will allow them to work from home and to supplement income during retirement. Variance No.2227 HEPHNER, THOMAS G & JUDITH A-Requests relief from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for a Development Standards Variance (Article 2.22) to allow less than the 75' UDO required waterside setback to be at 38' for an unattached 18x 22 open deck, currently the home is 50’ from the waterside without approval a deck would not be allowed. Real estate is located in Section 12 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 200, parcel 076, common location 10005 N. Holiday Point, Rome City, IN 46784.
