Variance #2292 Delbert O & Annice G Robinson - Requests a Use Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.21 & 5.08) to allow for the replacement of an existing 35x23 accessory structure (garage) with a new one, approximately 1000 sq. ft., to be built and used on a Lake Residential (LR) zoned parcel, without a primary structure first (dwelling, single-family detached). The real estate is located in Section 33 of Noble Township, quadrant 300, parcels 090 & 091, common location known as Lots 19 & 20 of Rarick’s Fourth Addition to Tippecanoe (Big) Lake Resort, East of 5638 S Williams St. Columbia City, IN.

Special Exception #559 Joseph H & Joanna K Fike- Request a Special Exception from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to allow an existing 28’x40’ shop to permanently become an accessory dwelling of 1,120sq. ft. The structure was previously granted by variance #2103 for less than the UDO road setback of 70’. Real estate is located in Section 7 of Swan Township, quadrant 100, parcel 004, common location known as 6876 E Hopewell Rd. Avilla, IN.

Variance #2294 John & Maxine Emmert - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04, 5.33, 7.01 & 7.28) to allow less the UDO required minimum lot width and lot (road) frontage per parcel of 150' to be at 60' and opening to the UDO minimum lot width of 150’ at 1002.51’ from the centerline of the road, as proposed by Administrative Subdivision #1088. The real estate is located in Section 1 of Sparta Township, quadrant 300, parcel 002, common location is known as 6616 W. 500 N. Ligonier, IN.

Variance #2295 ADP Land Holdings LLC c/o Allen & Diane Perlich - Requests a Use Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to allow continued placement of an existing 1999 mobile home (single-wide) for 10 years, for continued use as a rental. The structure was previously approved by Variance #1983 for a 5-year placement and the owners do not intend to build a permanent structure at this time. Real estate is located in Section 2 of York Township, quadrant 200, parcel 004, common location known as 1288 W. 500 N. Albion, IN.
