Variance #2294 John & Maxine Emmert - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04, 5.33, 7.01 & 7.28) to allow less the UDO required minimum lot width and lot (road) frontage per parcel of 150' to be 60' (located at the west of the property line rather than the east property line as prior submitted) and opening to the UDO minimum required lot width of 150’ at 85’ from the centerline of the road to be at 1002.51’ from the centerline of the road. Proposed by Administrative Subdivision #1088. The real estate is located in Section 1 of Sparta Township, quadrant 300, parcel 002, common location is known as 6616 W. 500 N. Ligonier, IN.

Variance #2296 Brooks J Koble - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04 & 5.33) for continued use of an existing easement for one (1) additional buildable parcel. Approval would allow for a 1-lot Minor Subdivision of 2.19 +/-ac (Sub # 1112) around the existing home and an Administrative Subdivision (Sub #1113) of 10.07 +/-ac. The real estate is located in Section 19 of Swan Township, Quadrant 300, parcel 015, common location known as 6350 E. 350 S. LaOtto, IN.

Special Exception #560 Dean H & Wilma E Miller- Request a Special Exception from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to allow an accessory dwelling of 3,236 sq. ft. (see Variance #2297) on an A1 zoned parcel. Real estate is located in Section 24 of Perry Township, quadrant 400, parcel 001, common location known as 6559 W. 900 N. Ligonier, IN.

Variance #2297 Dean H & Wilma E Miller - Requests a Development Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04 C, E2, F5 & 7) to allow for an accessory dwelling exceeding the UDO maximum permitted 1200 sq ft to be 3,236 sq ft., (1,616 sq. ft. of primary living space with an attached 1,620 sq. ft. for family gatherings and summer kitchen area), with separate utilities and an additional barn (horse).  Also, it allows the property owners to reside in the accessory dwelling rather than the primary (until a family member purchases the property). Variance #2298 Michael Case Toles - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04) to allow for less the UDO required minimum dwelling size of 1,200 sq. ft. to be 400 sq. ft. of living space in an A1 zoning; to be added onto the East side of an existing 30x40 pole building, to be used as a "hunting cabin". Additional construction will include 400 sq. ft. of cold storage added to the West side of the existing structure.
