Variance #2300 Daniel R & Kelly A Pemberton - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) to allow less the UDO minimum waterside setback of 75' to be at 71’ for the construction of a new home. The real estate is located in Section 16 of Jefferson Township, quadrant 200, parcel 035, common location known as Lot 11 of Sunset Beach, 3438 N. Skinner Lake Dr. W. Albion, IN.

Variance #2301 Kerry Stickler - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04 C, E2, F5 & 7) to allow less the UDO minimum 1,200 sf per dwelling in A1 zoning to be at 981 sf (1,241 sf with a loft area) and less the UDO required 85’ from the centerline of the road to be 39.7’ (mudroom) for an addition to an existing schoolhouse, that sets 33.6’ from the centerline of the road. The structure would be converted into a dwelling. The real estate is located in Section 4 of York Township, quadrant 200, parcel 015, common location known as West of 3346 W 525 N Albion, IN.

Variance #2299 Raymond Jr & Janet Lockett - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04 & 5.33) to allow less the UDO required minimum lot (road) frontage per parcel of 150' to be 60', and opening to the required 150’ for the lot width to be at 1,020’ from the centerline of the road. Approval would allow for a future 1-lot Minor Subdivision of approx. 3.418+/- ac. Real estate is located in Section 8 of Perry Township, Quadrant 100, parcel 001, common location known as 10223 W. 1100 N. Ligonier, IN.
